- Take a wok, add oil heat it..
- Add whole garam masala, saute it for a while..
- Now add sliced onion, stir fry it till golden brown..
- Add chicken now, stir fry it till light brown..
- Add ginger garlic paste, sprinkle some water, stir fry it for a while..
- Add onion paste, stir fry it for a while..
- Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till onion turns brown. Stir in between. Sprinkle some water if required..
- Open the lid, add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, again sprinkle some water, stir it..
- Cover it again, cook it till oil separates..
- Add salt now. Give a stir. Add dahi & fresh cream, stir it nicely..
- Now cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it till oil has oozed out..
- Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, give a stir..
- Now add lil water, lower the flame, cover it with the lid..
- Give a dum for a while so as to keep the dish dry..
- Add desi ghee in between. Cook it for 5 minutes..
- Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while..
- Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta..
- You can add a lil dhania patta while cooking to get the extra flavour..
- Serve it with Roti or Paratha or Nan...
